The Regeneration Optimization Kit includes 8 solutions for regeneration scouting and optimization in OpenSPR instruments. Regeneration buffer conditions are typically optimized in order to effectively remove the analyte without reducing the activity of the ligand.
Kit contains:
- 25 mL each 10 mM Glycine-HCl, pH 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0
- 25 mL 0.02 M Sodium Hydroxide
- 25 mL 5 M Sodium Chloride
- 25 mL 4 M MgCl2
- 25 mL 0.5% SDS
