Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a running buffer used throughout a typical interaction experiment on OpenSPR instruments. Tween 20 is a common additive to help reduce non-specific binding and sample loss. Provided at 1x concentration, PBS-T contains 0.01 M Phosphate buffer, 0.14 M NaCl, 3 mM KCl, 0.05% Tween 20 at pH 7.4.
Reagent is provided at a volume of 400 mL and comes ready-to-use.
