Tween20 is a non-ionic detergent used as a buffer additive to reduce non-specific adsorption of molecules to tubing, flow cell, sensor, and other surfaces. It can also help stabilize proteins. Tween20 is typically added at concentrations of 0.05% - 0.1% for most SPR applications. Our Tween20 is available in quantities of 2 mL as a neat solution for convenient dilution.
