The AAVX Kit is optimized for Digital SPR Carboxyl Cartridges to create an surface for the capture of all AAV serotypes, with the exception of AAV9. Each kit contains enough reagents for 10 experiments. Carboxyl cartridges and Carboxyl Surfacing Kit required for the experiment are not included.
Kit Includes:
- 10x Anti-AAVX aliquots (DSPR-AAVX)
- 2ml 10mM Sodium Acetate, pH 4.5 (DSPR-IMB-4.5)
