Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a running buffer used throughout a typical interaction experiment on OpenSPR instruments. Provided at 1x concentration, PBS contains 0.01 M Phosphate buffer, 0.14 M NaCl, 3 mM KCl at pH 7.4.
Reagent is provided at a volume of 400 mL and comes ready-to-use.
