OpenSPR Validation Kit

OpenSPR Validation Kit includes reagents for three full kinetic experiments with a Protein A - IgG binding system. This robust binding system can be used to help train new OpenSPR users or can be used as a diagnostic experiment. Reagents and sensors to perform 3 experiments are provided.

Kit contains:

• 3-pk High Capacity Carboxyl Sensors
• 1x Amine Coupling Kit (3-rxn)
• 3-pk Protein A aliquots
• 3-pk IgG aliquots
• 1 mL Protein A immobilization solution (10 mM Sodium Acetate, pH 5.0)
• 400 mL PBS-T, pH 7.4 (Running Buffer)
• 25 mL Glycine-HCl, pH 1.5 (Regeneration Solution)
