Tris is a running buffer used throughout a typical interaction experiment on OpenSPR instruments. Tween 20 is a common additive to help reduce non-specific binding and sample loss. Provided at 1x concentration, Tris-T contains 0.01 M Tris, 0.005% Tween20 at pH 7.4.
Reagent is provided at a volume of 400 mL and comes ready-to-use.
