OpenSPR NTA Sensor Chips are used to immobilize his-tagged ligands (proteins, antibodies, and more). They come pre-coated with NTA so just charge the surface with NiCl2 and within minutes, your ligand is immobilized. You can easily regenerate the sensor chip down to the NTA surface with an injection of EDTA or imidazole, making it ready for a new ligand.
High Sensitivity Sensors provide an extra boost of sensitivity for your toughest SPR applications. The increased localized sensitivity is particularly advantageous for small molecule analysis, and can also be used to enhance the signals of other larger biomolecules.
NTA Sensor Chips should be ordered with an NTA Reagent Kit, which now includes EDTA to clean the sensor surface in addition to NiCl2 for activation and imidazole for regeneration.
High Sensitivity Sensor Chips come in packages of 8.
Note: High Sensitivity Sensors are only compatible with the 2-Channel OpenSPR.
